Now, take the index finger and thumb and make the OK sign you know that hand gesture that says everything is a-ok. Palm facing away from the body making the sign firmly grip right underneath the penis head. Hold tight. Stretch, pull the shaft out 10-15 seconds. Relax. To the left 10-15 and to the right. Grab the base of the penis. Slap your thigh 30 times. With your penis of course. Left thigh 30 times right thigh 30. Grab under the head with your OK sign again palm away. Stretch out & twirl rotate the penis. 5 times clockwise 5 times counterclockwise. This is fun isn't it? Warmup nutshell: 5 min shower or hot towel with PC muscle kegels / OK stretch / thigh slap / OK twirl.

OK here we go. At this point you should be semi to fully erect. Vaseline, lube up. Put a good lasting amount on there. Make your OK sign again palm away. Week 1 has begun. Do 150 jelqs starting out every day for 5 days. Take 2 days off every week <<< IMPORTANT! Week 2, do 225 jelqs. Week 3, 300 jelqs. Week 4, 375. Week 5, 450. Week 6, 525. Week 7, 600. Week 8...... personally I can't do more than 600 of these bad boys without feeling like I'm overtraining. Yes you can overtrain your dick. I wouldn't recommend doing anymore than that. So. Do your jelqs. Cool down = warming up without all the moves just the 5 minute hot shower or warm towel. I'd throw a celebratory dance in there occassionally but that's it. You're done baby!

i dont know if this is legit or not.. but i feel this works...i have been foreplaying myself mostly massaging by these techniques unknowingly. Mostly that thumbs up palm away thing.. and i have noticed a significant growth in length and thickness in the past few years
